Our Philosophy
As human beings, we are constantly driven to understand our true identity and purpose in life. The quest for self-discovery leads us to a more fulfilling existence, and one way we pursue this understanding is through personality assessments. Traditional personality assessments often confine individuals to rigid categories, leaving us to question if these labels truly define who we are.
In the past few decades, psychologists have conducted extensive research demonstrating that personality is dynamic and adaptable. Our real-world experiences, particularly in the business realm, have further highlighted that individuals possess multiple facets. With this in mind, we have dedicated ourselves to developing a test designed to explore the dominant personality traits people adopt to navigate various life situations. We firmly believe that the way we present ourselves in different circumstances reflects our unique profile at that specific moment in time.
The Multi-Situational Enneagram Test is not simply a personality test. M.S.E.T. serves as the starting point for a profound journey of self-exploration. By leveraging the insights gained from the test results, we can engage in meaningful dialogues to help one another gain deeper understanding of ourselves and uncover our untapped potentials.
Holistic Leadership
Cultivating Compassion, Wisdom, and Resilience for Today's World
The core demand among corporate employees has become the pursuit of a work-life balance. Many companies have incorporated this into their employee surveys, aiming to build a corporate organization where employees feel happy.
From this perspective, have we considered how to recognize our different facets and discover our holistic leadership potential?

This report divides life into four aspects: solitude, work, family interactions, and friendships. We often find that we may present vastly different personas in various situations. However, when we can integrate our inner perspectives, we have the ability to develop our unique leadership talents. Here are three key points about holistic leadership:
Holistic Leadership is Authentic Leadership
For effective communication, leaders need to understand the traits of others. Yet, in practice, sometimes to make others feel comfortable, one might change their style, even resorting to tailoring their messages to fit the audience. The essence of holistic leadership is about making adjustments from the inside out, not just changing how we express ourselves. Through discussions and reflections, we find that even those who speak bluntly can show a warm and helpful side in family interactions. By sincerely evaluating our values and beliefs, we can find appropriate ways to respond in life.
Achieving Diversity and Inclusion Naturally
In this diverse era, embracing multiculturalism and respecting different backgrounds, beliefs, and values is essential, especially for leaders.
In corporate training, we often invest heavily in establishing a diverse and inclusive environment. However, beyond external regulations, we also need to focus on integrating our internal beliefs. In Asian cultures, the key to inclusion is often not just accommodating others but respecting and appreciating oneself and actively expressing personal opinions. Developing holistic leadership is about finding the key to integration, helping organizations achieve open communication and feedback.
Enhancing Self-Awareness is Key
Self-awareness is not a static observation but a dynamic process of discovery and action. In a rapidly changing environment, leaders need to remain aware to effectively self-adjust. Through discussions and reflections, leaders can understand the interactions and synergies between different aspects of life, making flexible adjustments and giving appropriate attention where needed.
The core value of holistic leadership lies in recognizing one's different aspects of life and extracting unique leadership qualities. "Authentic Leadership," "Diversity and Inclusion," and "Self-Awareness" are the three pillars of holistic leadership. We believe that by taking good care of ourselves in all aspects, we can exhibit healthy holistic leadership.
